1. Laser welding

The characteristic of laser welding is that the deformation of the workpiece to be welded is very small, there is almost no connection gap, and the welding depth / width ratio is high, so the welding quality is higher than that of traditional welding methods.

2. Automatic carrier

Automatic handling robot AGV is mainly used in material handling and warehousing logistics of manufacturing industry. AGV car can efficiently, accurately and flexibly complete the material handling task in the application of manufacturing industry. Moreover, the flexible logistics handling system can be composed of multiple AGVs, and the handling route can be adjusted in time with the adjustment of the production process, so that a production line can produce more than ten kinds of products, which greatly improves the flexibility of production and the competitiveness of enterprises. As a basic handling tool, AGV is widely used in many industries, such as mechanical processing, home appliance production, microelectronics manufacturing, cigarette and so on.

3. Laser cutting

On the one hand, the robot laser cutting system has the characteristics of industrial robot: it can freely and flexibly realize all kinds of complex three-dimensional curve processing trajectory; on the other hand, it uses flexible and long-distance laser fiber as the transmission medium, which will not restrict the path of the robot.

4. Burnish

The grinding robot combines the new research results of many subjects, such as machinery and precision machinery, microelectronics and computer, automatic control and drive, sensor and information processing, artificial intelligence, etc. it not only solves many practical problems that are difficult to solve by manpower alone, but also promotes the process of industrial automation.

5. Spraying robot, also known as spray painting robot, is an industrial robot that can spray paint or other coatings automatically. The main advantages of spraying robot are as follows:

(1) Large flexibility and wide working range;

(2) Improve spraying quality and material utilization rate;

(3) It is easy to operate and maintain, and can be programmed off-line, which greatly shortens the on-site debugging time;

(4) The utilization rate of equipment is high, and the utilization rate of spraying robot can reach 90% - 95%.

6. Sorting

Sorting robot is a kind of robot with sensor, objective lens and electronic optical system, which can sort goods quickly. Now the automatic sorting robot has been widely used. The automatic Apple feeder developed in Japan can select 540 apples per minute, which are classified according to color, luster and size, and then sent into different containers.
