Sometimes it needs to be disassembled due to the aging of individual production parts. At this time, we need to read the exploded diagram of assembly assembly, understand the assembly relationship of each part, and know which stack parts need to be replaced after disassembly. We all know how to disassemble them, but we don't know Please don't dismantle it randomly to avoid unnecessary trouble. The following is the assembly and disassembly of camshaft and crankshaft sprocket
1. Rotate the flexible chain conveyor camshaft and crankshaft sprocket to align the timing marks on the camshaft and crankshaft sprocket. There are two timing marks on the camshaft sprocket. One is the timing mark when the piston is at the top dead center, and the valve and exhaust valve are in the closed position. The other is the timing mark when the second piston is at the top dead center, and the valve and exhaust valve are in the closed position. Make sure that the piston of the first cylinder is in the compression TDC position.
2. Remove the bolts on the camshaft sprocket of the flexible chain conveyor and take down the timing chain and camshaft sprocket. 3. Install the flexible chain of timing flexible chain conveyor on the camshaft sprocket, fix the sprocket to make the chain hang down, and align the timing marks on the camshaft and crankshaft sprocket. Align the locating pin hole on the sprocket with the locating pin hole on the camshaft, and then install the sprocket on the camshaft. The tightening torque of camshaft sprocket bolt is 20n.
4. Rotate the crankshaft of the flexible chain conveyor for two turns to check whether the engine timing marks are aligned. If the timing marks are not aligned, the flexible chain of the flexible chain conveyor should be disassembled again according to the above operation steps.
